Wild Mushroom Retreat

Sandy Bar Ranch, Orleans, CA
Each fall the forest floor comes alive with thousands of varieties of mushrooms. Join us and fellow mushroom enthusiasts for our annual three day Fall Wild Mushroom Retreat, where we collect, identify, cook and celebrate wild mushrooms. Participants of all ages and experience levels are welcome to come learn and share their fungal knowledge. The weekend includes field trips, identification sessions, great meals, a mushroom cook-off and a fun-filled evening of mycological theater. This is an educational and festive event for everyone from novice beginners to experienced fungal fanatics!
Cost : $225, includes shared lodging and one meal per day.
